She did it she did it! Lizzie went to the potty!

In case you don't know.  This title is a Dora the Explorer reference.  Yes, I am trained by Dora as is everyone with kids.  : )

Anyway, just wanted to report that she figured out how to go to the potty in 3 days.  I used the 3-day training manual and it worked!  So happy and proud of my sweet lil one.  I didn't have a ton of confidence in it but at the eleventh hour, the end of the third day, she said to me "mommy I need to go potty" and then she went #1 and #2.  I was pretty proud.  She's only had a few nighttime bed wetting accidents so I think we're good.  What a lovely person my Lizzie is.  She is definitely a daddy's girl too.  Who wouldn't be though.  Her dad is the best!  The bees knees.

Moses is 4 months old!

So lil cutie pattotie is growing up and he is a strapping young laddie.  Isn't he cute?  He is all smiles and if I leave him in his crib a little too long and he cries, he stops as soon as I come in and gives me the happiest, brightest smile.  It's ADORBS!  He is so forgiving and is just like "oh hi!  I'm so glad to see you!"  Oh how I love him. Here's what's new:

• He sleeps with one arm out of his swaddle
• He does this cute "shrieky" thing when he is "talking" to me
• He smiles so much
• He especially smiles at the mirror, so funny
• Today for the first time, he grabbed onto a ring on his playmat all by himself
• He likes tummy time more and can do it better and better
• Oh yeah and he can Bumbo now!  Yay

 I just had to include this Lizzie one.  She makes the cutest little faces.  Oh yeah bye the way, I am on day 1 of potty training.  So far it's good.  No signs of #2 from her yet.  Sorry for oversharing. ; )
